There is a language that lives deep in the pelvis — in the sacrum, the belly, the hips, the pelvic organs. It speaks through sensation, tension, memory, and rhythm, and often we don’t know what we’re carrying until we listen. 

Sometimes life asks to move through us in ways we can’t think into being.

Your pelvic space holds its own intelligence. An intelligence that can be met and felt even without physical touch. In these sessions, I guide you into a slow, self-led exploration of your pelvic landscape through somatic awareness, nervous system support, and precise energetic work. You are actively involved, learning to sense, track, and respond to what is arising in your body.

Together, we listen to the subtle language of sensation, emotion, and instinct, and work with the patterns shaping your relationship to your pelvis, including boundaries, desire, protection, and inherited imprints carried through the family line.

Between sessions, tailored practices support integration and continuity, allowing the work to unfold over time rather than in isolated moments.

The intention is to deepen trust in your own felt sense, restore flow and inner contact, and strengthen your capacity to be with what’s present, from the inside out.

Online Sessions

Online sessions support reconnection with your pelvic space through guided somatic exploration, nervous system support, and deep, precise energy work. 

Session packages include practices between sessions. 

Especially supportive for:

  • Deepening relationship with the body’s consciousness, and exploring the mystery of physical form through direct experience
  • Connecting (or reconnecting) to the pelvic bowl with more safety, sensation, and trust
  • Reclaiming the pelvis as a seat of instinct, truth, and inner authority
  • Pelvic pain or tension patterns (and the emotional/energetic threads intertwined with them)
  • Boundaries, anger, shame, desire and other relational themes held in the lower body
  • Unwinding inherited patterns carried through family lineage, and making space for the gifts of your ancestry to come forward*

What you might notice doing this work consistently

  • A deeper sense of rooted belonging: more support from your legs, pelvic bowl and the ground; more trust in your own pacing.
  • You inhabit your pelvis and lower body more fully and deeply and can stay there (when you want to)
  • The messages of sensation become clearer and more trustworthy: you can feel the difference between numbness, activation, desire, fear, ‘yes’ / ‘no’  and ‘not yet.’
  • A steadier access to more grounded power: instinct and inner authority feel closer to the surface, without needing to push. 
  • More capacity to stay present with intensity in the pelvis (arousal, fear, vulnerability, pain, big feelings) without leaving your body.
  • Relief in pelvic tension patterns over time, alongside new understanding of what the tension has been protecting. 
  • Desire feels less tangled with performance, obligation, or shutting down and more like a simple inner truth you can listen to.
  • Your relationship to ‘being seen’ shifts: you speak needs earlier, take up space with more ease, and feel less collapse afterwards.

At the same time, this work is rarely linear.

Along the way, you may notice yourself responding differently in moments and surprising yourself with increased capacity and choice: a pause before an old pattern, a clearer no’, a more honest ‘yes’, more steadiness than you expected.

Sometimes challenges or tender layers surface to be integrated. That’s normal in body-based, bottom-up work, meeting more of yourself can also bring your conditioning into view.

We’ll hold the reality that growth can feel challenging, while going at the pace of your system.

*We’re born into stories, patterns, and belonging. Many of us carry inherited patterns through our family line, including unprocessed stress, relational survival strategies, grief, ancestral “vows” and loyalties (like staying small, staying loyal to pain, fear of ease).

This work can support you to meet what has been carried, soften what is ready to release, and make room for what is resourced and life-giving in your ancestry.

This work can become a way of meeting the consciousness of your physical form, as a living mystery to listen to. 

Session Practicalities for Online Pelvic Sessions

This work unfolds over time. Deep pelvic work isn’t a one-off fix and it asks for consistency, integration, and the building of a devotional and dedicated relationship with your body.
For that reason, I work in longer arcs, beginning with a minimum of 4 sessions.

Session rhythm (recommended)

This work lands best with consistency and spacious integration. Most clients choose two sessions per month, with time in between for practice and settling.

Options:

  • 2-month arc: 4 x 70 minutes (2 sessions/month) — 480€
  • 4-month arc: 8 x 70 minutes (2 sessions/month) — 920€

Each series includes practices to support integration and deepening between sessions.

Payment & accessibility

  • Payment can be made in instalments if needed.
